Return Policy

We try our best to make your shopping experience easy & carefree.  However, we know not every item will exceed your expectations every time, so we want to make our return policy as fair and easy to use as possible.  When returning an item, please take note of the following policies/procedures:

  • Items eligible for return (within 14 days of the date of purchase):
    • Must have original tags, be unworn and in brand new condition.  If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
    • If a return meets all of the above criteria, a refund, will be made upon receipt to the credit card used on the purchase transaction
    • We do not need to be notified of any return(s) prior to sending them to us.
    • Returns after 14 days will not be accepted.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded on any returned items
  • All shipped orders will include a Postage Paid Return Label for any returns via mail.  If you did not receive a label please email annette@thebranchboutique.com to have one emailed to you.  
  • Holiday Return Policy:
    • Orders placed on or between Nov 15th and December 24th will be eligible for return until January 15th. Holiday returns must be postmarked no later than January 15th. ALL OTHER RETURN GUIDELINES STILL APPLY.
  • Defective or Damaged Merchandise
    • Please inspect and try on your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt. No exceptions. This allows us time to report to vendor. If we do not receive notification that you have received a damaged item in 3 days, the return period does not apply.
    • Use your smartphone to take pictures of the defective or damaged area and email the images to info@thebranchboutique.com including the tag in the image showing it is still attached.  Indicate "Defective" or "Damaged" in the subject line.
    • Include your first and last name. 
    • You will receive a response from our team within 24 hours.

CLEARANCE, SALE & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NON-RETURNABLE. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR RETURNED ITEMS MARKED AS CLEARANCE, SALE OR PROMOTIONAL.
